These terms apply to future sales of print-on-demand products. No products are currently being sold.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders of print-on-demand products via cityframe-photography.com by consumers and entrepreneurs. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized.
The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By completing and submitting the order form, the customer submits a binding offer.
After submitting the order, the customer receives an automatic confirmation of receipt by email. The purchase contract is only concluded upon express acceptance (order confirmation) or actual delivery of the goods.
All prices are final prices in Euro (EUR). According to § 19 UStG (small business regulation), no sales tax is shown.
Shipping costs are included in the purchase price (free shipping within the specified EU countries). Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, Klarna or SEPA direct debit via Stripe.
Products are manufactured to order (print-on-demand). Delivery time is usually 5–10 working days after production (non-binding estimate).
Shipping is carried out by the fulfillment service provider Prodigi. Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Consumers are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. However, in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, no right of withdrawal exists for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive.
Since all products are individually manufactured print-on-demand items (photograph, product, size, finish), the right of withdrawal is excluded.
Statutory liability for defects applies. For consumers, the warranty period is two years from delivery. Obvious transport damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery. In the event of a defect, the seller will, at its discretion, either provide a replacement print or refund the purchase price.
The seller is liable without limitation for damages from injury to life, body or health, as well as for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Otherwise, liability is excluded insofar as no mandatory statutory liability applies.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
